Your information
Privacy, in plain English.
Assembly House Software is responsible for the personal information you provide through this website. This notice explains what happens when you browse the site or send an enquiry.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of what you need. We use these details to respond, discuss potential work and, where relevant, take steps towards an agreement with you. Please do not include passwords, financial details or sensitive personal information in your message.
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or in our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, may be processed to operate and protect the site.
Where your message goes
The website is hosted by Vercel. When you submit an enquiry, it is processed by our server and delivered to our business inbox using Resend. We do not store enquiry messages in a website database or include message contents in application logs.
Hosting, email delivery and mailbox providers process information to supply their services. Their infrastructure may process data outside the UK. Where applicable, those transfers require appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only while it is useful for the conversation and any resulting work. We aim to delete enquiries that do not lead to work within six months of the last contact. Records needed for an ongoing project, an agreement or legal obligations may be kept longer.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or marketing pixels. Fonts and images are served by the site. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs for security and service operation.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability may also apply. These rights depend on the circumstances.
To make a request, email enquiries@assemblyhousesoftware.com. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
Updates
We will update this notice if the way the site handles information changes. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
